Ben Teasdel III is a multidisciplinary space-systems engineer and technical leader with more than 20 years supporting NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope program. His experience spans science-instrument systems engineering, mission operations, flight and ground software support, anomaly assessment, verification and validation, configuration control, operational readiness, and cross-functional leadership.

His Hubble work included leading support for the Cosmic Origins Spectrograph, assessing telemetry and instrument performance, supporting integrated testing, documenting anomalies, evaluating contingency and recovery paths, and briefing multidisciplinary teams and decision-makers. The work reinforced a leadership philosophy grounded in evidence, traceability, preparation, and clear decision authority.

Systems thinking beyond aerospace

As founder and chief executive of Integrity Investments Group, Ben applies systems-engineering discipline to real-estate development, land entitlement, residential projects, and underused assets. His approach connects design decisions to financing, construction, resident experience, maintenance, and long-term operating performance.

Rather than treating construction completion as the final objective, he evaluates projects against the operating mission: dependable income, sustainable debt service, controlled risk, and durable value.

Responsible AI for technical work

Ben is also developing the EDWIN concept: a human-centered, read-only approach to technical knowledge retrieval, evidence traceability, regression review, and anomaly analysis. The concept is designed around bounded authority. AI can help qualified professionals navigate complex information, while human engineers retain responsibility for technical judgment and approval.
